To continue our growth, and due to the many requests we receive, we are looking for a new colleague! As a Recruitment Partner you will join our office in Kontich (Veldkant) in a team with dedicated colleagues.

Function

As a Recruitment Partner you will act as a mediator for both clients and candidates. This with the goal of finding that perfect match. Your responsibilities include:

Business development and account management;
Meetings with both clients and candidates, online or face-2-face;
Screening of jobs and candidates with the aim of creating a perfect match;
Sourcing candidates through various channels;
Handling incoming applications based on agreed KPIs;
Advising clients regarding recruitment, HR and market changes;
Providing career advice to candidates in your own niche;
Contract negotiations for both candidates and clients.

Profile

You preferably hold a Bachelor or Master degree, or you are equivalent through a first work experience in IT recruitment;
You are enthusiastic, communicative, you have a commercial attitude and you know how to read and convince people like no other;
You are a real go-getter and do not give up after a setback;
You speak and write Dutch and English fluently. French is a plus, but absolutely not a must.
