Recruitment Partner

Melius is a rapidly growing staffing agency, aiming to create added value for companies in full growth, helping them in their search for both permanent and freelance professionals. As part of the Cronos Group, Melius has grown into a sought-after partner for both internal and external clients.

To continue our growth, and due to the many requests we receive, we are looking for a new colleague! As a Recruitment Partner you will join our office in Kontich (Veldkant) in a team with dedicated colleagues.

Function

As a Recruitment Partner you will act as a mediator for both clients and candidates. This with the goal of finding that perfect match. Your responsibilities include:

  • Business development and account management;
  • Meetings with both clients and candidates, online or face-2-face;
  • Screening of jobs and candidates with the aim of creating a perfect match;
  • Sourcing candidates through various channels;
  • Handling incoming applications based on agreed KPIs;
  • Advising clients regarding recruitment, HR and market changes;
  • Providing career advice to candidates in your own niche;
  • Contract negotiations for both candidates and clients.

Profile

  • You preferably hold a Bachelor or Master degree, or you are equivalent through a first work experience in IT recruitment;
  • You are enthusiastic, communicative, you have a commercial attitude and you know how to read and convince people like no other;
  • You are a real go-getter and do not give up after a setback;
  • You speak and write Dutch and English fluently. French is a plus, but absolutely not a must.
